Reflexology
This is a lovely treatment which can help you to relax and give your body a boost.
It is based on the understanding that different parts of the feet correspond to different areas of the body. The different systems of the body are reflected on the feet via the pressure points or reflexes.
These are:
The nervous system, the respiratory system, the lymphatic system, the endocrine system, the urinary system, the reproductive system, the digestive system, the muscular and skeletal system.
By applying pressure with the thumb to the reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet the trained hands of the Reflexologist can relax these reflexes and using specialized massage techniques, help to redress balance, working to bring the body back to homoeostasis.
This wonderful treatment can help you centre, tone and feel rested.
The treatment itself is not painful and is deeply relaxing; you can also opt for the 90 minute session which includes a 30 minute foot massage to round off the session.
Sandy is a fully qualified Reflexologist, massage therapist and Aroma therapist and has decades of Clinical and Holistic experience.
Whilst this treatment can be a one off, you can also approach the sessions as a course of treatment.
The treatment plan is usually 6 sessions followed by a further 2 sessions fortnightly, and then monthly sessions are good as ongoing maintenance.
However this is not always the case and your therapist will work with you to see what might suit you best.

Reflexology and Reiki
This treatment is for those who like to combine a physical treatment with an Energy Healing Session. This is a very popular treatment as it combines a physical therapy for your body followed by a Reiki Healing
The two treatments complement one another beautifully, enabling you to feel deeply relaxed and connected to your inner being.
You can choose from the following combinations:
30 minutes of Reflexology and 30 minutes or Reiki £40
60 minutes of Reflexology and 30 minutes Reiki £60 for 90 minutes.
Sandy has decades of clinical experience as a Reflexologist and is a Reiki Master Teacher.

Reiki
Who is Reiki for?
Reiki is for anyone, we all can receive this Universal Flow of Energy.
Sandy your practitioner is a fully qualified Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner.
The treatment is offered in a calm space.
Reiki is a beautiful therapy and clients have reported experiencing deep relaxation and feeling calm after a treatment.
Reiki is a natural treatment; it can complement and support you day to day.
The client is fully clothed resting on the therapy couch during the session.
(If this is uncomfortable you may also be seated).
Some clients feel warmth during the treatment or a sensation but this is not always the case.
Reiki can bring more peace and relaxation, whilst helping us to connect to our own sense of wellbeing.
