Who is this treatment for?

This session is for those who feel that they would benefit from an energy balancing or a continued deeper dive to clearing, with more than one healing session.

Chakras come from Sanskrit, meaning wheels of light. Chakras are energy centres not only sitting energetically in the body, but also sitting outside the body connecting us to Earth and to Spirit.

Sandy works with the 12 chakra system and also the minor chakras.

The Healing Session can help to rebalance these Centres and also help to clear and energize the subtle bodies or the Aura. The Aura is the space immediately around us, our personal space, if you like. It is important that we clear this space and hold it as our own with healthy boundaries.

Your therapist Sandy is a Healer with extensive training and experience; she is a Reiki Master and has been practicing for 35 years.

This session can act as a standalone but if you wish to work and clear at a deeper level more sessions can be helpful. Sandy will discuss with you what your aim is, either to use it as a therapy balancing session, or to work with her further to clear at a deeper level.

The session takes place lying down fully clothed on the therapy couch. (Please let me know if you need to be seated if lying down is not possible).
